Platelet Rich Plasma or PRP can be used to improve hair loss or rejuvenate the skin. Many patients have heard of a vampire facelift using PRP or a vampire facial combining PRP with microneedling.
In our San Antonio Med Spa, we perform second-generation PRP or platelet rich fibrin matrix PRFM for three areas of need: 1) to improve hair density, 2) to improve skin texture, or 3) to recover from laser resurfacing faster. Our Glow Facial combines PRFM with microneedling. Our Signature Glow Facelift combines dermal fillers, like Restylane, with PRFM to improve volume, skin texture, and stimulate collagen in the skin.
